LIKE A BOOK — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, or using this software ("Like a Book"), you agree to this Agreement.

1. Free Personal License

The Software is free of charge. You may install and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software, or create derivative works based on it.
Redistribute the Software, including uploading it to mirrors or file-sharing services, bundling it with other products, or reselling or sharing copies.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose. Use by companies or organizations, or for any for-profit purpose, requires a prior written commercial license from the author.
Offer the Software as a hosted service (SaaS) or any online service to third parties.

3. Paid Editions

The Software is currently free. Paid editions or services may be offered in the future under separate agreements.

4. Data & Privacy

The Software runs entirely on your device. It does not connect to the internet, upload, or collect any user data. All your data stays local.

5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

Breaching this Agreement terminates your license automatically, at which point you must stop using the Software and delete it and all copies.

本软件按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，作者不对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何损失承担责任。
